1) গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

 By accessing our website/app or booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট/অ্যাপ ব্যবহার বা বুকিং করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। একমত না হলে সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।

• 2)  সংজ্ঞা

 “We/us/Company” = Pickup Vara. “Customer/you” = the person or entity booking service. “Vehicle” = pickup/truck provided. “Dispatch” = vehicle assigned and sent.
“আমরা/কোম্পানি” = Pickup Vara। “গ্রাহক/আপনি” = সেবা গ্রহণকারী। “যানবাহন” = প্রদত্ত পিকআপ/ট্রাক। “ডিসপ্যাচ” = গাড়ি অ্যাসাইন ও পাঠানো।

• 3) যোগ্যতা

English: You must be legally capable to enter into contracts in Bangladesh. Corporate bookings require authorized personnel.
বাংলা: বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী চুক্তিযোগ্য হতে হবে। কর্পোরেট বুকিং অনুমোদিত দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্তের মাধ্যমে হবে।

• 4)  বুকিং ও কনফার্মেশন

English: Book via phone/WhatsApp/website with trip details. Advance payment (typically 10–30%, min BDT 500–1000) confirms booking.
বাংলা: ফোন/WhatsApp/ওয়েবসাইটে ট্রিপ ডিটেইলস দিয়ে বুকিং করুন। অগ্রিম (সাধারণত ১০–৩০%, ন্যূনতম ৳৫০০–৳১০০০) দিলেই কনফার্ম।

• 5) মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

English: Rates depend on distance, vehicle size, time (hourly/half-day/full-day), helpers, and route conditions. Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank. Invoices/receipts are provided.
বাংলা: দূরত্ব, গাড়ির সাইজ, সময়, হেল্পার ও রুট কন্ডিশন অনুযায়ী চার্জ। পেমেন্ট: বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, উপায়, ব্যাংক। ইনভয়েস/রিসিট প্রদান করা হয়।

• 6)  অপেক্ষা ও অতিরিক্ত সময়

English: Waiting beyond contracted time is chargeable (per 30 mins or per hour; varies by vehicle size). Night overtime (e.g., 10 PM–6 AM) may include additional allowances.
বাংলা: নির্ধারিত সময়ের বাইরে (প্রতি ৩০ মিনিট/প্রতি ঘণ্টা; সাইজভেদে ভিন্ন) ওয়েটিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। রাতের ওভারটাইমে (যেমন ১০টা–ভোর ৬টা) অতিরিক্ত ভাতা লাগতে পারে।

• 7)  টোল, ফেরি, পার্কিং

English: Inter-district trips: tolls, ferry charges, parking fees and required night-stay/return costs are borne by the customer unless specified otherwise in writing.
বাংলা: আন্তঃজেলায় টোল/ফেরি/পার্কিং ও প্রয়োজনে নাইট-স্টে/রিটার্ন কস্ট গ্রাহক বহন করবেন, লিখিতভাবে ভিন্ন না থাকলে।

• 8)  বাতিল ও পুনঃতালিকা

English: Before dispatch, reschedule is allowed and the advance can be adjusted. After dispatch, advance is non-refundable. Details follow our Refund & Return Policy.
বাংলা: ডিসপ্যাচের আগে রিশিডিউল করা গেলে অগ্রিম অ্যাডজাস্ট হবে। ডিসপ্যাচের পর অগ্রিম ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। বিস্তারিত আমাদের Refund & Return Policy অনুযায়ী।

• 9) অনুপস্থিতি

English: If the customer is unavailable at pickup time/location for 30+ minutes without prior notice, it will be treated as no-show and charges may apply.
বাংলা: পূর্ব জানানো ছাড়া পিকআপ সময়/লোকেশনে ৩০+ মিনিট অনুপস্থিত থাকলে নো-শো ধরা হবে এবং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

• 10)  যানবাহন পাঠানো ও বিলম্ব

English: We strive for on-time dispatch. Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are not guaranteed and we are not liable for consequential losses.
বাংলা: সময়মতো ডিসপ্যাচের চেষ্টা করা হয়। ট্রাফিক/আবহাওয়া/হরতাল/অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে বিলম্ব হলে পরিণতিজনিত ক্ষতির দায় আমাদের নয়।

• 11)  তোলা-নামানো

English: Helpers (if taken) assist with standard loading/unloading at ground level. Stair-carry, dismantling, packing require prior notice and may incur extra charges.
বাংলা: হেল্পার থাকলে গ্রাউন্ড-লেভেলে স্বাভাবিক লোডিং/আনলোডিং সহায়তা দেওয়া হয়। সিঁড়ি বয়ে নেওয়া, ডিসঅ্যাসেম্বলি, প্যাকিং আগে জানাতে হবে; অতিরিক্ত চার্জ হতে পারে।

• 12) নিষিদ্ধ মালপত্র

English: Hazardous/illegal items, explosives, flammables, live animals (unless pre-approved), and items restricted by law are not allowed.
বাংলা: বিপজ্জনক/অবৈধ দ্রব্য, বিস্ফোরক, দাহ্য পদার্থ, জীবন্ত প্রাণী (পূর্বানুমোদন ছাড়া) ও আইনবিরুদ্ধ দ্রব্য নিষিদ্ধ।

1. 13)  গ্রাহকের দায়বদ্ধতা

English: Provide accurate addresses, contact availability, loading access, and proper packing for fragile items. You confirm you have the right to move the goods.
বাংলা: সঠিক ঠিকানা/কন্টাক্ট, লোডিং অ্যাক্সেস নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং ভঙ্গুর পণ্যের সঠিক প্যাকিং আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনি পণ্য পরিবহনের বৈধ অধিকারী—এটি আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন।

• 14) ক্ষতি ও দায়

English: If damage occurs due to our transport fault, we will address it in good faith. Our liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the job fee paid, or (b) the repairable value of the damaged item(s). Indirect/ consequential losses are excluded.
বাংলা: আমাদের পরিবহনজনিত ত্রুটিতে ক্ষতি হলে সদিচ্ছায় সমাধান করা হবে। আমাদের দায়সীমা (ক) সেই ট্রিপের ফি বা (খ) ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের মেরামতি-যোগ্য মূল্যের মধ্যে যেটি কম—তার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ। পরোক্ষ/ক্রমাগত ক্ষতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।

• 15) নিরাপত্তা ও আচরণ

English: Abusive behavior, unsafe loading, or instructions that violate traffic laws may lead to immediate service termination without refund.
বাংলা: অশালীন আচরণ, ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ লোডিং বা ট্রাফিক আইনবিরোধী নির্দেশে সেবা বন্ধ হতে পারে—এতে কোনো রিফান্ড নেই।

• 16)  গোপনীয়তা

English: Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to necessary communications (booking updates, support).
বাংলা: ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী ব্যবহৃত হয়। সেবা ব্যবহার করে আপনি প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন (বুকিং আপডেট, সাপোর্ট)।

• 17)  মেধাস্বত্ব

English: Website/app content, logos, and brand assets are owned by Pickup Vara. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
বাংলা: ওয়েবসাইট/অ্যাপ কনটেন্ট, লোগো ও ব্র্যান্ড অ্যাসেট Pickup Vara-এর সম্পত্তি; অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।

• 18) অনিবার্য কারণ

English: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, network outages).
বাংলা: যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে (প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, কর্মবিরতি, সরকারি নির্দেশ, নেটওয়ার্ক বিভ্রাট ইত্যাদি) ব্যর্থতার দায় আমাদের নয়।

• 19)  নীতির পরিবর্তন

English: We may update these T&Cs anytime. The latest version on our website supersedes previous versions.
বাংলা: শর্তাবলী সময়মতো আপডেট হতে পারে। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত সর্বশেষ সংস্করণই কার্যকর।

• 20)  প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

English: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably; failing which, courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
বাংলা: শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীন। বিরোধে প্রথমে সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণ সমাধানের প্রয়াস; না হলে ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য।
